I have developed my work since 1995 and I facilitate meetings, provide one-to-one coaching, and deliver interactive seminars and workshops on a number of topics including presentations, communication, team working, networking, personal impact, leadership, confidence, time management, voice, presence and feedback.
With a formal training in both the technical and artistic disciplines of theatre, I have many years' experience in workshop delivery and events. Supplemented with qualifications in NLP, MBTI, SDI, Belbin, C-Me and TA, I believe I am well placed to design and provide personal and professional development training that is memorable, practical and effective.
I work independently, collaborate occasionally and am guided by the single value of balance. To a clients’ development needs I bring experience, energy, directness and a clear sense of purpose. As an individual, I have been told that I am unconventional and approachable.
In addition to working face-to-face, all my courses (with the exception of facilitated meetings and team-building activities) can be delivered online or in hybrid format using Zoom. I also use my particular skillset to provide a small-scale and specific video production service, and all "pay it forward" one-hour coaching sessions take place remotely.
