Open Courses

For a freelancer like me, running face to face open courses is economically and logistically too risky to offer. The fewer the number of participants who sign up for a course, the less viable it is, and the prohibitive cost of advertising renders a greater number similarly problematic.

Thankfully it is different in the online world, and they are far easier to adminster. All you have to do is get together with a group of colleagues or like-minded individuals, agree on a date and time and get in touch with me. I’ll then create a workshop just for you and make it available as an online experience through Eventbrite to keep all the processes straightforward. You can choose from any of the courses I typically run, and are more than welcome to influence the content and design with me beforehand. As a rough guide, courses generally work best when there are at least eight people enrolled and you can commit to a minimum of two hours, although three hours is better, with a break at the halfway point.

Drop me a line or give me a call if you want to discuss options.
