Since 1995, I’ve been helping people and organisations think, communicate, and work more effectively together. I’m Piero Vitelli, and I work with a trusted network of experienced trainers and specialists, bringing complementary expertise to each brief. Through Island 41, we facilitate meetings, offer one-to-one coaching, and lead interactive seminars and workshops on topics including presentations, communication, voice, teamwork, leadership, confidence, presence, and feedback.
With formal training in theatre and qualifications in frameworks including NLP, MBTI, SDI, Belbin, C-Me, and Transactional Analysis, I bring experience, care, and a clear sense of purpose to my work. Clients often describe my approach as unconventional yet approachable, helping create spaces where people feel comfortable exploring new ways of working.
Alongside my training and facilitation work, I’m a voice artist and studio technician, recording and producing commercials and video narration, as well as narrating audiobooks directly and through platforms including ACX and AHAB.
