Slavery Statement

On behalf of Island 41 Ltd, I confirm that neither I, my employees, workers or organisation have been convicted  of any offence involving slavery and human trafficking nor have been the subject of any investigation or enforcement proceedings regarding any such offence or alleged offence. Should I use sub-contractors, I agree to use my best endeavours to obtain the same confirmation from them and to ensure that my supply chains are slavery and human trafficking free. I will inform my clients immediately if I become aware of any actual or suspected slavery or trafficking connected to my organisation.

I agree that a client may terminate an agreement with me including any purchasing order or request or activation request with immediate effect if I am in breach of this statement or if I fail to notify a client of any connection to modern slavery or are subject to an investigation, enforcement proceedings or are convicted of any relevant offence.
