When Covid-19 forced me to switch to online delivery, I adapted to Zoom like everyone else and learned to exploit complementary platforms like Padlet, Mentimeter, Miro and many others. Drawing on my background in technical theatre and performance, I created online courses that matched the engagement and energy of my face to face ones.
It seems certain that the need to meet the challenges of climate change and economic efficiency have determined that online delivery is here to stay, so I’ve invested in the time and technology needed to ensure that my workshops celebrate and exploit, rather than mitigate and cope with, the inherent differences of working in this way.
With the exception of team-building courses and facilitated meetings, everything I do has been adapted for online and hybrid delivery, and the video below offers an insight into my approach.
