Eclectica is a fast-paced journey through Island 41’s portfolio, and has been created to reflect the style, content and effectiveness of the full workshops.
Eclectica
The purpose of Island 41 is to Develop Natural Ability. If you
are not certain which of our courses is the most appropriate for your staff,
or you would like to ensure that your choice will be effective – this
interactive seminar can be designed to your specific needs.
Eclectica is exactly as the title suggests; with the content drawn from all
our courses, the format is a combination of exercises, games, presentations,
interactions and questions that will address your objectives. Equally at
home on its own or providing a different energy at the beginning, middle or
end of a larger conference or event, Eclectica is reinvented each and every
time it is delivered.
Our goal is for attendees to leave with food for thought and a clearer
understanding of the role they can choose to play in their own development.
In addition to this, workshop organisers will leave with a clearer sense of
Island 41 and its brand of engagement and involvement.
There is no standard format for Eclectica, but typically it is designed
either as a three hour interactive seminar or a one hour lecture. It can be
designed for as many participants as can be logistically accommodated.
