Coach
Piero draws on his life experiences and studies to coach clients both candidly
and carefully. Keenly aware that coaching in a one to one setting is, by nature,
potentially intimidating for both parties, he will facilitate an exploration and
discussion of goals before any coaching contract is agreed upon. Coaching
sessions are normally up to three hours in length, and he will not conduct
coaching sessions by telephone, email or other remote means. In cases where
he feels unable to contribute to an effective coaching partnership, he will be
happy to recommend alternative coaches or coaching companies.
