Piero has been developing and delivering his own brand of training course over the last fifteen years. Currently he offers thirteen courses, all sharing the theme of personal effectiveness. His courses are essentially interactive workshops; experiences where participants can discover and interpret new ideas, explore and evaluate habits and, importantly, experiment putting these into practise through exercises and group work. Like all his work, these courses are strongly inclusive in feel, effective in design and memorable in delivery.

Over time he will continue to add courses to his portfolio according to a simple set of criteria; his interest, knowledge and experience in the specific subject and its suitability for being delivered as a course in his particular style.

Facilitator

For over ten years Piero has provided expert facilitation for groups of various sizes from boardrooms of ten to AGMs of a thousand. Preferring to adopt an unobtrusive approach to facilitation, Piero uses body language and expression as much as content to gauge involvement. Possessing a keen eye and a precise manner when differentiating between content and process, he uses a mixture of interactive exercises, metaphors and business models to guide participants. Nonetheless, with his experience, he recognises situations that require a more direct approach, and uses tact, life experience and a willingness to reveal weakness to foster a spirit of group inclusivity and involvement.
